Minimum Gross income is $4,800.00 per month. First months rent of $1,600.00 and Security Deposit of $1,600.00 ($3,200.00) due at lease signing. Proof of income (i.e., last 2 months paycheck stubs and bank statements or proof of Social Security Benefits, for example). Anyone residing in the property that is over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application and provide a separate non-refundable $40 application fee.
